3. Amaç ve dayanak
Hizmeti ifa, keşif, moderasyon, güvenlik, destek, yasal saklama. Dayanak: sözleşme, meşru menfaat (güvenlik), açık rıza (isteğe bağlı selfie / pazarlama), yasal yükümlülük (ödeme kayıtları).

5. Yurt dışı aktarım
Bazı sağlayıcılar Türkiye dışında (ör. ABD) işler. Aktarım yalnızca hizmetin çalışması içindir.
6. Saklama
Hesap açıkken. Silme: Ayarlar veya form, hedef 30 gün. Fatura kayıtları çoğu zaman 10 yıl. Loglar güvenlik için kısa tutulur.
7. Haklarınız
Erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz, kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik, rızayı geri çekme. Yazın: info@kismetimibul.com. 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
8. Çocuklar ve çerezler
18 altı yasaktır. Site çerezi: dil ve tercih. Analiz / reklam çerezi yok. Yaş, çerez.

3. Purpose and legal basis
To perform the service, discovery, moderation, security, support and legal retention. Bases: contract, legitimate interest (security), consent (optional selfie / marketing), legal duty (payment records).
4. Processors

5. Transfers abroad
Some processors operate outside Türkiye (for example the US). Transfer is only to make the service work.
6. Retention
While the account is open. Deletion: Settings or the form, target 30 days. Invoice records are often kept for 10 years. Security logs are kept short.
