Bu metin kismetimibul.com, /app web uygulaması ve Kısmetimi Bul mobil uygulaması (Android / iOS) için kullanım koşulları, üyelik sözleşmesi, içerik lisansı ve sorumluluk sınırıdır. Esas dil Türkçedir. Çelişkide Türkçe metin ve Türkiye hukuku uygulanır; tüketici hakları saklıdır.
1. Taraflar
Hizmeti kullanan 18 yaşını doldurmuş gerçek kişi (“Kullanıcı”) ile hizmeti işleten Kısmetimi Bul. Destek: info@kismetimibul.com ve iletişim formu. Ticari unvan ve adres sarı kutuda belirtildiği gibi henüz yayımlanmamıştır.
2. Kabul
Uygulamayı indirmek, kayıt olmak, /app kullanmak veya siteyi kullanmak bu sürümü kabul etmektir. Kabul; hesap, cihaz ve oturum kayıtlarıyla ilişkilendirilebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde yeniden onay istenebilir.
3. Hizmet nedir, ne değildir
Kısmetimi Bul ciddi evlilik ilanı platformudur. Sunulanlar: üyelik, ilan, keşif, beğeni / eşleşme / süper beğeni, uygulama içi mesaj, isteğe bağlı selfie (mavi tik), gizli mod, duraklat, engelle, şikayet, isteğe bağlı Premium ve kredi.
Sunulmayanlar: evlilik veya nişan garantisi, dışarıda tanışma organizasyonu, para transferi, numarayı zorunlu kılma, reklam ağı.
4. Üyelik
- Yalnızca 18+ gerçek kişiler.
- Ad, yaş, şehir ve fotoğraf size ait ve doğru olmalıdır.
- Hesap kişiseldir; satılamaz, devredilemez.
- Apple / Google / Facebook girişinde o sağlayıcının kuralları da geçerlidir. Apple e-postasını gizlerseniz hesap yönlendirme adresiyle bağlanır.
- Şifre ve oturum size aittir. Cihazı başkasıyla paylaşmayın.
5. İlan ve içerik lisansı
İlan yayına çıkmadan incelenebilir. Telefon, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, IBAN, bahis, cinsel içerik, hakaret ve para talebi reddedilir. Yüklediğiniz fotoğraf ve metnin haklarına sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz. Hizmeti sunmak için Kısmetimi Bul’a dünya çapında, bedelsiz, alt lisanslanabilir bir kullanım hakkı verirsiniz. Hesap silinince bu hak makul sürede kalkar; yasal yedekler saklıdır.
6. Sohbet ve arama
Mesaj uygulamada kalmalıdır. İlk günde numara, dış uygulama veya acele buluşma dayatılamaz. İsteğe bağlı ses / görüntü (LiveKit) kaydı saklanmaz. Görüşmeyi kaydetmek yasaktır.
7. Yasaklar
- 18 yaş altı kişi, sahte yaş, başkasının fotoğrafı veya kimliği
- Taciz, tehdit, nefret, dolandırıcılık, borç / yatırım / “kısmet parası”
- Bot, çoklu sahte hesap, reklam, fuhuş
- İnceleme sürecini atlatmaya yönelik metin
İhlalde içerik kalkabilir, hesap askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir. Şikayet hedefi 24 saattir. Acil tehlike için 112.
8. Ücretler
Kayıt ve ilan ücretsizdir. Premium (1 / 3 / 6 ay) ve krediler yalnızca Google Play veya App Store + RevenueCat ile satılır. Sitede kart alınmaz. Ayrıntı: abonelik, mesafeli satış.
9. Apple EULA notu
Bu sözleşme sizinle Kısmetimi Bul arasındadır; Apple taraf değildir. Bakım, içerik ve tüketici talepleri bize aittir. Apple ve bağlıları üçüncü taraf yararlanıcıdır.
10. Sorumluluk
Kullanıcılar arası ilişki, buluşma ve üçüncü kişi içeriğinden sorumlu değiliz. Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur; bakım kesintisi olabilir. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde sorumluluk, son 12 ayda ödenen ilgili ücretlerle sınırlıdır.
11. Fesih
Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil veya hesap silme / iletişim formu. Aktif abonelik mağazadan ayrıca iptal edilir.
12. Hukuk
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku. Tüketici, yerleşim yerindeki hakem heyeti veya mahkemeye başvurabilir. AB kullanıcısının GDPR hakları saklıdır.

These terms cover kismetimibul.com, the /app web app and the Kısmetimi Bul Android / iOS apps. They are also the membership agreement, content licence and liability limit. Turkish is the governing language. If texts conflict, the Turkish version and the laws of Türkiye apply; consumer rights are reserved.
1. Parties
You are an 18+ natural person (“User”). The operator is Kısmetimi Bul. Support: info@kismetimibul.com and the contact form. Trade name and address are not published yet (yellow box).
2. Acceptance
Downloading the app, signing up, using /app or using the site accepts this version. Acceptance may be linked to your account, device and session records. Material changes may require a new confirmation.
3. What the service is — and is not
Kısmetimi Bul is a serious marriage listing platform. What we offer: membership, listings, discovery, likes / matches / super likes, in-app chat, optional selfie (blue tick), hidden mode, pause, block, report, optional Premium and credits.
What we do not offer: a marriage or engagement guarantee, organised meetups, money transfers, a requirement to share a phone number, or an advertising network.
4. Membership
- Only 18+ real people.
- Name, age, city and photos must be yours and accurate.
- Accounts are personal; they cannot be sold or transferred.
- Apple / Google / Facebook sign-in also follows those providers. If you hide your Apple email, the account is linked via the relay address.
- Passwords and sessions are yours. Do not share the device.
5. Listings and content licence
Listings may be reviewed before they go live. Phone numbers, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, IBAN, gambling, sexual content, insults and money requests are rejected. You declare that you own the photos and text you upload. You grant Kısmetimi Bul a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use that content to run the service. After account deletion the right ends within a reasonable time; legal backups remain.
6. Chat and calls
Messages should stay in the app. No number, external app or rushed meetup may be demanded on day one. Optional audio / video (LiveKit) is not stored. Recording a call is forbidden.
7. Prohibited
- Anyone under 18, fake age, someone else’s photo or identity
- Harassment, threats, hate, fraud, debt / investment / “kismet money”
- Bots, fake multi-accounts, ads, prostitution
- Text written to bypass review
We may remove content, suspend or close accounts. Report review target: 24 hours. In immediate danger call 112.
8. Fees
Sign-up and listings are free. Premium (1 / 3 / 6 months) and credits are sold only via Google Play or the App Store + RevenueCat. We do not take cards on the website. Details: subscriptions, distance sales.
9. Apple EULA note
This agreement is between you and Kısmetimi Bul; Apple is not a party. Maintenance, content and consumer claims are ours. Apple and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for relationships between users, meetups or third-party content. The service is provided “as is”; maintenance outages may occur. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the related fees paid in the last 12 months.
11. Termination
Settings > Delete Account or the deletion / contact form. Cancel an active store subscription separately.
12. Law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye. A consumer may apply to the arbitration committee or court at their place of residence. GDPR rights of EU users are reserved.
