Neden 18?
İlan, sohbet ve olası yüz yüze tanışma yetişkinlere özgüdür. Yaş kutusu kayıtta zorunludur. Yanlış beyan sözleşme ihlalidir.
Tespit
18 altı hesap kapatılır, içerik kalkar, veriler silinir (yasal saklama hariç). Başkasının çocuğuna ait fotoğraf da aynı kapsamdadır.
Sıfır tolerans
Çocuk cinsel içerik veya istismar şüphesi derhal kapatılır ve yasal mercilere bildirilebilir.
Veli / öğretmen
Bir küçüğün hesap açtığını düşünüyorsanız info@kismetimibul.com veya form ile yazın; kanıt (ekran görüntüsü, kullanıcı adı) ekleyin.
The service is open only to people aged 18 or over. It is a marriage listing space; a 13 or 16 age threshold is not used.
Why 18?
Listings, chat and possible in-person meetings are for adults. The age field is required at sign-up. A false statement is a breach of contract.
If we find an under-18 account
The account is closed, content is removed and data is deleted (except legal retention). A photo of someone else’s child is treated the same way.
Zero tolerance
Suspected child sexual content or abuse is closed at once and may be reported to the authorities.
Parent / teacher
If you think a minor opened an account, write to info@kismetimibul.com or the form; add evidence (screenshot, username).
